Failover with parameters

I tried to make Failover adding parameters in the uri, but it does not work.
For example I would like to do this:

[Deploy Patterns]
To = sip:100@192.168.0.100;parameter=5
$session = failover sip:101@192.168.0.101;parameter=5

If sip:100@192.168.0.100 does not fail then the INVITE includes the parameter. But if it fails then Failover works but the INVITE to sip:101@192.168.0.101 does not include the parameter. Is there any way to solve that?

Add DialPlan rule with the following Deploy Pattern in the [Preliminary].
This adds the parameter before the regular DialPlan rules are executed.
