Call hold and call transfer

Post by Mr Tho »

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: 3.4.5.1

2. Java version: 1.7.0_91

3. OS type and the version: Centos 7

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Sip phone

5. Your problem: I want to hold the call and transfer the call.
I read this document:
http://www.brekeke-sip.com/download/bpb ... ced_en.pdf

But I don't see this guide on my Brekeke :"Call Hold permissions are set in the [Users -> Edit > Keypad command.
And I don't see where can set call transfer.

Now hold call and transfer call don't work on my Brekeke.

Please help me solve this problem. Thanks !

Mr Tho,

Please explain more details what is happening? We cannot understand if you just say "don't work".

Example: your extension 100 call 101. Extension 101 want transfer call to 102. Let 100 can talk with 102.
