I config in ARS on PBX
-------------------------------------------------------------
Register URI: sip:087303XXXX@your provider's IP
Proxy Address: your proxy provider's IP
User: 087303XXXX
Password: xxxxxxxx

patterns - IN

matching patterns:
To: sip:087303XXXX

Deploy patterns:
To: pbx_ext

Select [Apply to Request URI instead of To] checkbox and save the setting.
patterns - OUT

[Matching Patterns]
To: sip:([0-9]{7,})@

[Deploy Patterns]
From: sip:087303XXXX@your proxy provider's IP
To: sip:$1@your proxy provider's IP
---------------------------------------
Please help me!

Are there any records in [SIP Server]->[Logs]->[Session Logs] and [Error Logs] which indicate incoming calls?

If there are no records which indicate incoming calls, it seems ISP didn't send calls to the Brekeke PBX.

Which ISP is it?
Does the issue happen always?

Thank you for Taitan's assistances

Now, Call outbound work fine, i captured on server and receive it.
X.X.X.X is server ISP
Y.Y.Y.Y is server Brekeke
aaaaaaa is DID number
When i call inbound:

source destination
x.x.x.x y.y.y.y SIP/SDF INVITE sip:aaaaaaa@y.y.y.y
y.y.y.y x.x.x.x 100 Trying
y.y.y.y x.x.x.x 404 Not Found
x.x.x.x y.y.y.y ACK sip:aaaaaaa@y.y.y.y

I think maybe, I config dial plan is incorrectly.
Please give me dialplan template to receive incoming call.
Thanks you so much.

Can you capture INVITE packet if you make a incoming call?
If not, the ISP didn't send calls to the Brekeke PBX.

Have you edited DialPlan rules?
If you use ARS, you don't have to edit DialPlan.

Also let me know the name of ITSP if possible..

Yes I have a litle.
ITSP is FPT, The Provider in Vietnam.
They provide services eVoice. Connect between IP and analog system.
I will make dialplan default.
Thank you.

Can you find "404" in the SIP Server's [Logs]->[Error Logs] or [Session Logs]?

If you found "404" in the [Error Logs], you have a problem in DialPlan.
If you found "404" in the [Session Logs], you have a problem in PBX's ARS.

Ha,

Yes, please use the default dial plan. I don't think you need to modify the dial plan to connect to the ITSP.
I recommend you to follow the steps below,

-- Update your PBX to the latest ver 3.5.
-- Turn on all the debug options from the [SYSTEM] > [Diagnostics] > [Debug Logs] page.
-- Try with the default dial plan and capture the packets with Wireshark.
-- Download the debug logs from the SYSTEM] > [Diagnostics] > [Debug Logs] page.
-- Back up the settings from [MAINTENANCE] > [Back up].
-- Send the backup file, the log file and the wireshark capture file to support@brekeke.com.

Thank you for your supporting,

Today i get notification on Error Logs. When i try to receive incoming call

2016-05-04 11:26:41.715 210.245.15.18:5060 INVITE 400 Invalid SIP packet: java.net.UnknownHostException: sia-hcm1ca146.fpt.net sip:0873030339@125.212.241.253:5060 sip:0986749437@sia-HCM1CA146.fpt.net sip:0873030339@sia-HCM1CA146.fpt.net BTS10200/900-06.00.01.V02 (SIA)

It seems that Brekeke can't resolve "sia-hcm1ca146.fpt.net".
Please give me, how can i do?
Thanks a lot.

Can you nslookup that domain from your PC?

Generally the UnknownHostException will not happen if you use default DialPlan rules because "To PBX" rule is used.

I don't think you use the default setting because the SIP Server rejected an INVITE with 407.

Let you send your backup file to support@brekeke.com.

How often does the same issue happen?

Are you sure you can nslookup these domains?
I can not "nslookup sia-hcm1ca146.fpt.net" from my PC.. so I suppose there are DNS issues or the ITSP put unresolvable URI in INVITE.

ANYWAY! I think you are not using the default DialPlan in Brekeke PBX.
If you are using the default DialPlan, UnknownHostException will not happen.

Let you check [DialPlan History] after the same problem happens to see which DialPlan rule is used.

Can you check the DialPlan History to confirm whether "To PBX" rule is used or not?
