How to reject incoming call to all extensions of a tenant

Post by phamduoc »

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:
Brekeke PBX, Version 3.3.7.4 , Multi-Tenant
2. Java version:
1.7
3. OS type and the version:
Win8
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Your problem:
I need set rejecting incoming call from an extension to all extensions of a tenant through ars. I create an ars with an pattern out. I set some fields in pattern out as follow:

Matching patterns:
From: extension of caller (example: 3000)
To: extension of receiver (example: 1000)

Deploy patterns:
To: !486.

This only reject call from extension user 3000(this extension belong to the tenant VN) to extension 1000 (this extension belong to the tenant SF). How to set ars to reject call from extension 3000 to all extension users of tenant SF.
Thanks,

If the extension can call to an extension under the other tenant, the Pattern IN of ARS settings are not correct. Please check on Pattern IN.

Thanks Lucy,
Does it mean that an extension can't call to an extension under the other tenant?

phamduoc,

You cannot make a call to an extension under another tenant by default setup.

If you need to call to an extension in another tenant, you can put some prefix and re-route outgoing calls to PBX using ARS or Dial Plan.
