Can the admin user of tenant set reject incoming call to it?

Post by phamduoc »

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:
Brekeke PBX Version 3.3.7.4

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version:
Windows

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Your problem:
The rejecting incoming call can be set through ars but only the sa user can do it. Have any way so that a admin user of a tenant can set rejecting incoming call from other specify user to itself or to its tenant? Thanks,
Brett

Use DID

I think you can use the DID functions.

At first, you create some route templates and entries of them in ARS menu as "sa".
and do not forget to change DID "yes" and to check to "Tenant Access" boxs.
You can do it at [ARS]->Variable Setting ->Field settings (Route Local Settings).

2nd, you log-in as other admin and go DID menu. Then you can see and change these setting.

Thanks
