Call transfer after 10 seconds from ext to mobile phone

Not really a Problem i just want to transfer calls from my Extension after 10 seconds (ringing) to my Mobile Phone. And my Question is how can i set this up in the Dial Plan.

Matching Pattern:
$request=^INVITE
To=sip:214@

Deploy Pattern:
To=sip:MobileNumber@192.168.5.150

Transfer works when the Rule is activated. now i just need a Timerange of 10 seconds for the Transfer.

you can either use dial plan failover (for advanced ed) or brekeke pbx
