Upper/thru Registration failure

Post by royabouarraj »

1. Brekeke Product Name and version: Brekeke SIP server for Brekeke PBX, Version 2.4.4.8 , Pro

2. Java version: JAVA 6

3. OS type and the version: Windows Server 2003

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: UA / Brekeke SIP Server/ Upper Server

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : 9

6. Your problem:

I am trying to use brekeke's upper/thru registration to bypass the blocked 5060 SIP port, in other words I need Brekeke to behave as an outbound SIP proxy with the port the I choose, I am using xpro and all my test calls are failing with release cause 603-Decline, I set the outbound proxy server as my brekeke sip server with port 15060, my sip phone logs in (registers) but i don't know where, when I check my upper server nothing seem to be registered on it, and when I attempt to make a call I get a direct release cause 603-decline.

Any suggestions on how to solve this issue?

Thanks
Roy

Are you using the Authentication in the Brekeke SIP Server?
Its default is "on".

You must set it "off" if you don't use the Authentication.
The settings is in the [Configuration]->[SIP] page -> [Authentication].
---------------
REGISTER = on/off (default is on)
INVITE = on/off (default is on)
---------------

If you want to use the Authentication, you must create users in the [User Authentication] page.
If don't create users, you will get "603".
