3. OS type and the version: Windows 2003 server sp1

6. Your problem: Brekeke keeps shutting down with the following error:
port not ready. check firewall settings and conflicting applications.
We found that Java is also listening on the same port of brekeke

When you restart Brekeke SIP Server service, you need to kill all the Java processes befere starting the service.
