ARS problem

Post by zseeee »

1. Brekeke Product Name and version: Brekeke Pro 2.1.1.6

2. Java version: 1.5.0_09

3. OS type and the version: WIN 2003 Standard Edition

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
SPA942
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : Pattern 10

6. Your problem:
Environment:
We have Brekeke with some IP SIP Phones (SPA942).
There are 2 SIP IP gateway (2 IPGSM adapters).
ARS Operational:
The GSM calls go out via IPGSM gateway.
The inside system is working optimal and the outgoing calls are optimal.
IPGSM1 outgoing priority 98
IPGSM2 outgoing priority 99

Problem:
The routing priority and match is working optimal.
When the two GSM gateways switched on then the calls optimal outgoing (in case of more concurrent calls).
However if we switch off the IPGSM1 gateway (no power) so it is not available, then the GSM calls is not working. The outgoing call is invited status (IPGSM1) in Brekeke and the system does Not use IPGSM2.
We didn’t create PBX’s users for IPGSM gateways. We provided unique IP address to all IP GSM gateways.
My question is that how the problem my ARS?

Thank you for the help.
