Here is what I want to do... I want to set up a way that I can call foriegn countries for free with the help of the internet.

-Basicall I use my CELLPHONE to call my HOMEPHONE.
-When the HOMEPHONE rings MYPC answers.
-After the MYPC answers it connects to FRIENDPC.
-Then FRIENDPC picks up FRIENDHOMEPHONE and dials FRIENDCELLPHONE.
-FRIENDCELLPHONE answers and we talk for free

Is it possible with this software or is there another software that will do this?

it's possible, but you need to have two PBX and on each side, you need FXO gateway.
