controlling incoming call ,IVR and handle pressed button

Post by dlnxw »

1. Brekeke Product Name and version: JTAPI 1.0.8

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version: WinXP

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Nokia 6230i , N70

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html :

6. Your problem:
I am a new comer to JTAPI field. I want to develop an application with JTAPI includes IVR . The idea is i would handle incoming calls on a specific number and then would play a voice welcome message. Then a voice based Menu would lead the caller to browse through different categories for any process.
My questions are the same as u would expect from a beginner.
1. What hardware requirements are there
2. Is there any good tutorial on JTapi for such functionality that i have mentioned here. If not then let me know any good resources about JTapi to start with.
3. If some how i get some code samples which i have infact how to test them, i mean the hardware or software setup for them (Soure code found on java site for placing and receiving a call).

I'll be very thankful to any one for his/her urgent response.

You need to setup the SIP Server and SIP client for testing..

Good luck.
