Hi there,
Does any one know how I would (using a dilaplan) do the following:
When a incoming arrives from telephone number "020 123 1234" forward the call to "020 123 1122" (external number)
Many thanks - Colin

Hi hope,
It works - your a star.
It works with one of our VOIP suppliers, that we don't need to authenticate (they do it by our IP address) however I need to send a username and password to the other supplier we use. Any idea where/how I do this.
I really do get very upset at Brekeke, the product is good but there are no examples or any documentation about this - WHY - I just don't get it and they also never look at this forum.
Regards - Colin

Hi there,
Just quick post to say I got it to work by asking our termination provider if we could authenticate by our IP Address (so we don't have to send username and password).
This they did yesterday and that's solved the problem. I am now creating lots of dial plans .
I think at last I am getting my head around this.
Many thanks - Colin
