link "user authentication" disappears from web int

6. Your problem:

I'm student and
I've downloaded an Academic Licence to test Brekeke ondo sip server. I've successfully registred 2 GrandStream GXP2000 but now the option to create new account is no more visible in the web interface (more exactly the corresponding link has disappeared) and the endpoints (GrandStream) can't be registred.
Why??????? Please

you must have the users more than ten, for the trial version, there are only 10 users.

i have connected just 2 phones

when i run my computer and brekeke, the menu his here and the phones are registered. If i clic on "registered clients" or "active sessions" or "call logs" menus, the menu "authentication user" is alway here, but if i go on configuration menu, the menu disappear and the phones stay registered.

but i can't to register any other phone ...

i don't undertand what is the problem ... is it a bug of the software ? a bug of his web interface ?

When you click on "Registered Clients", how many are there? If there are already 10 users, then you won't be able to register new user any more.

in consequence, i have only 2 clients registered maximum

it's not a problem of the number of users registered i think
