SIP 2 SIP: Registered Users

Linux Centos

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Linksys PAP2 / Eyebeam Soft Client

6. Your problem:
Hi, currently I'm not able to have SIP 2 SIP calls working. I've looked in past posts with no success and this is my attempt to have sip2sip (not working):

Matching:
$request= ^INVITE
$registeredaddr("%1")=(.*)

Deploy:
To=sip:%1@%2

Can you say what's wrong and help me to solve this problem?
