Another question how can i do in order to route my call to the PSTN, i have a gateway with two interface: fxs and fxo

The in pattern is to direct an incoming call to a particular extension. The out is for directing a call going out to an isp, a gateway like your fxs, fxo or another sip server.
Use this guide that shows how to route a call out to the PSTN using a sipura spa-3000/3120.
