Multiple Domain Mode

2. Java version: 21.0.4

3. OS type and the version: Windows Server 2019

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Alerts from RE to paging system

5. Your problem: For our integration to work, we need to have Multiple Domain mode checked in SIP Server/Domains tab. Problem is the the app will not allow me to manually check the box for multiple Domain Mode. Where does it need to be enabled?

In Configuration/SIP/Authentication I am not seeing a setting to enable Multiple domains.

You need to shutdown the SIP Server first.
