JeraSoft integration!

Post by momen »

Hi,

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:
- Brekeke SIP Server Advanced Edition (3.14.7.4/563.3).

2. Java version:
- openjdk 11.0.21

3. OS type and the version:
- Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS.

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
- JeraSoft billing system.

5. Your problem:
- I have followed the integration steps in the documentation, https://docs.jerasoft.net/display/IM/Br ... ntegration
but the SIP traffic doesn't go to JeraSoft server.

Note: The used license is a trial and I'm interested in purchasing the full license after the integration is tested successfully.

Your help and support is highly appreciated.

Regards,
Momen Amin

Are you trying test VCS's Dynamic Routing?

If so, "Rule-3: Access Accept" in the document should be executed for routing a SIP traffic to the VCS.

Let you look at Dial Plan History in [Dial Plan]->[History] page to see whether the rule is used or not.

It indicates RADIUS PreAuth failed.
Let you check the VCS's log to see why this user was rejected.

I have contacted the VCS support team and they double-checked the found noting reached the VCS.

Excuse me, I'm still a Brekeke Newbie user.

As I understand, the Brekeke have a RADIUS
If I'm right, Could you tell me how to make sure the RADIUS Service is working, and if it's not working how to make it run and active?

Thank you in advance.

Enable "Authentication/Radius" logging at [Diagnostics]->[Debug Logs] page to generate detailed logs for RADIUS and see why RADIUS Pre-Authentication failed.

If you have Brekeke's support contract, ask the Brekeke's support team to analyze the log.

I appreciate your support.

Finally, the outbound call is successful.

I have tried to configure the inbound calls, but I have noticed that the traffic going to the destination IP without adding a rule to manage it!

Even I created the marked rule to exclude the prefix but it's not matched so it does not affect the traffic.

I believe that there's another rule is makes this behavior.

Kindly check the created rules and tell me how to make the marked rule affect the traffic.

Rules:

DialPlan rules are depending on your requirements and routing policies.
So I don't know your rules are correct or not.

If you are worry about it, ask the Brekeke's team to review your settings.

Thank you for your reply.

Could you check the provided rules in my last reply, and tell me what can affect the marked rule?

Your help is highly appreciated.

Why are there several rules which have "$session=failoverRadiusAcct" ?
Why does the first rule have "$session=RadiusAcct"?
Does your Radius server calculate billings correctly?

Have you looked at the wiki topic below?
