Can Corretto be used instead of Orcale Java or OpenJDK?

Post by SBooker »

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: 3.14.3.5
2. Java version: Amazon Corretto 11.0.16.9.1
3. OS type and the version: Windows Server 2012 R2
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
5. Your problem:
Java 11 requires a paid license for use in an enterprise solution. Open JDK isn't approved for us to use. We would like to be able to use Amazon Corretto which is approved to use in our network. Will Brekeke SIP Server run without problem using Amazon Corretto 11.0.16.9.1?

So far I have been able to install Corretto and installed the Brekeke SIP server. The service is up and running, but we haven't configured anything yet, so no idea if anything is really working.

Can you access to the Brekeke SIP Server's GUI page?
If so, Brekeke SIP Server is running with Amazon Corretto.

Because Brekeke SIP Server supports Java 11, there will be no problems.

Yes, I can access the Brekeke SIP Server's GUI webpage. I have also been able to create authenticated users and have soft phones connect to the server. Call are also able to happen between the devices.
