Brekeke PBX can not call out PSTN

Brekeke SIP Server version 3.4.5.1/410
2. Java version:
1.7.0_91
3. OS type and the version:
Linux version 2.6.32-573.12.1.el6.x86_64
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
UA is softphone, gateway mediatrix C730
5. Your problem:
Mediatrix can register with PBX server via 1 extension.
But now when i call from other extension to PSTN. have "the destination can not to reach"
FXO1 on mediatrix connect to PSTN line. When call in from PSTN but don't reach to 1 extension.
Can help me config ARS table to make call from extension and receive the call on extension.

thanks you help, but still have problem.
My brekeke pbx have ip public
My gateway is ip local. have router NAT so that gateway can register with IP PBX, but can not make call in/out

To call out via gateway, we make ARS as:
[Matching Patterns]
sip:xx_sip extension call out@
To: sip:(0.+)@

[Deploy Patterns]
sip:&t1_number PSTN@
To: sip:sip extension@

If you want to have a gateway behind NAT or with a dynamic IP address, you would need to register the gateway to the PBX.
You can route outbound calls to the gateway with [Target] = @<registered ID> in the deploy pattern at the ARS.

I know how to config on ARS with gateway, now it work fine with mediatrix gateway.
