Which OS are you using?
Does your GSM dongle create new interface (as NIC) at the OS?

Can you start Brekeke PBX there?
If so, can you see any additional interface IP address in the SIP Server's status page?

Is it a global IP address?
If so, let you make a register from a SIP phone with the above IP address.

If a phone can be registered successfully, let you make a call between phones.
