1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: Brekeke PBX, Version 3.0.7.0
2. Java version: 1.6.0_17
3. OS type and the version: Windows Server 2003
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Cisco SPA 514G
5. Your problem: Hi there, I have just updated my OnDo v1 PBX
to v3.0.7.0, (clean install) and everything is running fantastic, except I have no MWI on the handsets. I have enabled the Message Waiting Indicator option in the PBX options. Is there something else that I am missing? No notify packets of any kind are being sent by the PBX to the handsets. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks,
Dirk

Cisco SPA5xx MWI
Have you found a solution to this. Just discovered the same problem today myself. V2 used to manage the mwi with cisco phones but v3 appears not to in v 3.1.7.8. Cisco does not subscribe.
1.4.2.6 Beta (May 2, 2005)
- Supports MWI for the phones which don't send SUBSCRIBE
Did this get removed or are we missing where to turn it on. it used to be turned on in the pbx options.
Thanks

Cisco SPA50x mwi message waiting indicator setup
Version 3 requires Cisco phones to subscribe for MWI.
To set this up fill out the following fields in the ext tab.
Mailbox ID: set to the Brekeke extension ie 1020
Voice Mail Server: The domain name or ip address of your pbx
Voice Mail Subscribe Interval: 1800
This will cause the Cisco SPA phone to subscribe to Brekeke for MWI
and work fine.
