GRNvoip: Could somebody show ARS config sample?

Post by gisco »

1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
PBX version 2.4.9.0, Pro

2. Java version:Java6 update31

3. OS type and the version:win2003 R2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
no hardware GW, but we use Type B ITSP for incoming call.

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : Pattern 9

PBX/SIP Server is in the public and it is configured to connect with a SIP provider or multiple providers.

6. Your problem:

Hello,

We are configuring PBX for grn voip. As using specified IP address it should not be so hard to set up, but grnvoip's config note is hard to understand that we want to ask someone to show that.

Point is as follow...

1) We already specified SIP server side's Dial plan as grnvoip shows at their site.

2) Their config note has many sip server address and some of them has extention like:
sip:<account number>.paygvoip.com/dnis=<account number>+<route ID>

How can we specify at ARS? Are these extensionls still effective if we paste these data into ARS?

2) GRNVoip supplys follwoing information, but for what? If we send SIP command to the server, it simply go to PBX itself, isn't it?

sip:<our Brekeke's IPaddress>/dnis=<account number>+<route ID>

There are some confusuon, and grnvoip's suport cannot give us understandable answer that if there would be some one who already uses grnvoip please give us hints.

(Yes, you still not use grnvoip, welcome your comment and idea!)

Thank you for your attention in advance.

I don't believe there is any special dial plan needed in sip server for grn voip. so, you should remove any special sip server dial plan. As far as the pbx they require account number added to ARS string. It is not so difficult to setup the ARS for GRN Voip. Maybe they have a reference to the Dial plan in SIP server if you are using stand alone sip server but if using pbx with built in sip server, simply set up the ARS to their specs.

Hello,

Thank you for your hints.

About the dial plan, grnvoip told us like the URL.
http://www.ezcallinc.com/?page_id=41

They said PBX also need this dial plan.

Anyway, the config is truly headache. To other ITSP, truly quite easy, but cannot find the way to the grnvoip though we have already succeeded in registering, but cannot send traffic.

Generally you don't need to use DialPlan if you use PBX's ARS.

Since you have succeeded in registering, you will receive traffic from GRNvoip.
Is it correct?
