How to activate SIP server

I installed PBX on my system.
I added two users to PBX for making call between them.
But whenever I check the status of SIP server it shows inactive.
How will I activate this SIP server in PBX?

can it be started from pbx first page after login?
is there any error message about the reason sip server is inactive?
any exception or error in log files? log.log, sv.xxxx.log
