1. Brekeke Product Name and version: PBX 2.3.8.2
2. Java version: 1.6.0_16
3. OS type and the version: Linux, Ubuntu 2.6.24
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : Pattern 5
6. Your problem: Cannot access voice mail unless we use G.711 codec (PCMU/A).
The "Codec Priority" does seem to support anything other than "0" or "18,0". The PBX doc states that G.711 (u/A), G.729, and iLBC are supported. When we try to set the priority to include iLBC value, it is rejected and the field is reset to 0.
We are using RTP relay, and "Use Remote Preferred Codec". The only time we can access voice-mail/attendant is when G.711 is selected, otherwise the call is rejected/unaccepted due to the codec. We're a mobile VoIP application, so we'd like to use iLBC. We're not interested in licensing G.729 either. Of course, if there's a way to support GSM, I'm all ears.
Does Brekeke PBS support iLBC? Yes/no?
Thanks,
Rob
