I am preparing my end project Study on VOIP ,I want to know if there are software solutions for brekeke to manages the voicemail .

Brekeke PBX has the voicemail feature.
You can try it with the evaluation edition.

yes I know that the PBX has the voicemail feature, but I want a plugin for brekeke sip server.

I think some developers made such a plug-in...
Also I know JTAPI has an API to record and play voice. So you can do it.
