Auto attendant is not accepting Ext No of PSTN call

1. Brekeke Product Name and version: Version 2.1.6.6

2. Java version: jre 5.0 1.5

3. OS type and the version: windows xp

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:x-lite, Audio Codes MP-114

6. Your problem:

i am able to make calls from inside to outside but when a call comes on FXO it sends it to Autoattendant. Auto attendant asks for extension number but when we enter it says extension can not be found. Any one having any idea.

In your auto attendant user settings, "Max input digits" should be larger than or equal to the extension number reached from auto attendant.

Turn on rtp relay for the user that the ivr is in.
