NAT Issues No Voice / Audio once connected.

Post by ike609 »

1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
Brekeke SIP Server 2.0.7.2/217

2. Java version:
1.6.0_02

3. OS type and the version:
Windows XP 5.1

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

4 - Handytone 286

5. Select your network pattern
Pattern 3

6. Your problem:

When i place a call or receive a call there is no incoming or outgoing voice. It dials, rings, and other party picks up and then it is just silent.

I have Port forwarding on my router and it is forwarding ports:
5060
10000 thru 19999
to my SIP server.

User show up as registered just fine.

I have all of my Handytone 286's set as DMZ host which should allow complete access to the device without any port restrictions.

What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance,
Gary

Try disabling "NAT Traversal" in the Handytone 286.

I would downgrade to java 1.5. I know 1.6 doesn't work with the pbx.

Downgraded to 1.5.0_14

And still have the same issue.

I can PM my ip addresses to someone if they want to look at my grandstream devices to check settings...

Thanks, Gary
