6. Your problem:
We wish to setup our PBX with multiple IVR's that would likely be a PBX tree where first IVR would let you choose language, then second IVR would prompt option which Department would ring, etc.
We managed to setup the first and second IVR, however, when we choose a language [pressed one for english]], we hear default voicemail instead of the uploaded IVR. The user for the second IVR is set to auto-attendant which should not be case when we heard the voicemail.
1. Users setup as Auto attendant in PBX.
2. Speed dial is also configured. "1=100,2=200"
Did we miss something?

still no replies..
We found the culprit which was the speed dial.
It seems that whenever we put on a multiple speed dial it just doesn't find the user.
example would be:
1=100, 2=200
we removed the speed dial but now it is a hit or miss thing. sometimes we hear the uploaded IVR, and sometimes we hear "user cannot be reached".
is there a conflict somewhere?

Sometime means when the callee has a voicemail setting and ringer time is short, rignt?we removed the speed dial but now it is a hit or miss thing. sometimes we hear the uploaded IVR, and sometimes we hear "user cannot be reached".
If so, you should change the ringer time or ring timeout at Auto Attendant settings.
