Auto-attendant cannot hear DTMF from Quintum

Post by michaelkoh »

1. Brekeke Product Name and version: SIP PBX v2

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version:

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html :

6. Your problem:

I have Quintum connected to the SIP PBX.

I have setup the AA at SIP PBX at 100. When I use a SIP phone to dial 100, during listening to the prompt, I can dial extension 601 and the call is transferred.

When I call into the SIP PBX via quintum CO trunk, during listening to the AA prompt, the DTMF has no effect. The AA prompt continues to play, and does not hear my DTMF?

What did I miss out? Thanks.

Echo canceler of a sip device sometimes causes a problem with dtmf.
What if you set SIP-INFO or RFC2833 at Gateway?

Sorry, michaelkoh.
I don't know about quintum. Just I tought it might work if you could
set SIP-INFO or RFC2833 to that.
