I need to download all messages all days of 3 users

6. Your problem: I have a problem... I have 3 users that I need download all day the messages because I record all call, I would like to know if is possible I made download of LINUX the wav file because eu find this file in .UL

You can use software like sox(its free) to convert the file format.
