Hi,

Keep in mind when restoring backups they should be restored back to a system with the same version. While these are the specific backup instructions, it doesn't hurt to back up the whole directory(and subdirectories) which if in windows is programfiles/brekeke and in linux would be a subdirectory off your tomcat directory named pbx.

For PBX:

Option settings are stored in the file
pbx_install_dir\webapps\pbx\WEB-INF\work\pbx\setting.properties

ARS settings are stored in the directory
pbx_install_dir\webapps\pbx\WEB-INF\work\pbx\route

User settings are stored in the directory
pbx_install_dir\webapps\pbx\WEB-INF\work\pbx\users

For OnDO SIP Server:

Authentication data is stored in
pbx_install_dir\webapps\proxy\WEB-INF\work\sv\db

Dial Plan
pbx_install_dir\webapps\proxy\WEB-INF\work\sv\etc

Config
pbx_install_dir\webapps\proxy\WEB-INF\work\sv\sv.properties

Hi,

Does the same procedure work with version 2.0?

also, can we use the backed up files on an older version, say, version 1.5.0.1?
