Hello, My intention is to use the JTAPI SDK for IVR calls in which i
would be able to call a GSM phone from my pc.
I have installed the software, done configurations specified in the
README_EN except for #3(setting properties).
Pls how do I perform this configuration?
Do I need a SIP Server?
Considering my intention, how do I develop such a program with the JTAPI SDK1.0? Is there any other software I need for this?
where do I put the GSM phone number in the source code (e.g 2348037104801)?
Pls I will most joyfully appreciate your assistance.

Yes, you will need SIP Server and PSTN gateway.

Usually, PSTN gateway is hardware.

Or, you can use some telephony provider such as vonage to call out to GSM phone. See http://www.brekeke.com/support/support_ ... y_itsp.php .
