You can make your own IVR using Brekeke JTAPI.
Try the trial software (60 days).

I try to install JTPI, but it's need Java SDK 1.4.2+, which not in the java web site.

Java SDK 1.4.2.14 not able to run this JTPI.

So what I can Do?

I used JDK 1.5 and 1.6. Both worked fine...
The problem may not be the java version.
What error did you see..?
