I cannt find "404"in the SIP Server's [Logs]->[Error Logs] or [Session Logs].
Maybe , this problem have in PBX's ARS . I try to read carefully guide on wiki brekeke. But i can't solve this problem.

They provide services eVoice. Connect between IP and analog system.

I think issue maybe on dialplan or ARS.
