This worked just fine for number 3.
I was wondering if you or anybody on this forum can help in number 1 and 2?
It is just I want the autoattendant not to read or "read and ignore" the digits the user press while hearing the prompt.

I'm having same issue. How can we define a "default destination" or a route rule to route calls to non existing extensions to one default extension?
