|
|
1. Brekeke Product Name and version:Standard - 2.1.6.6
2. Java version:1.6.0_05
3. OS type and the version:MS Xp Pro SP3
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:Cisco 7921, Cisco CM8, Rauland Responder 5 demo, Ascom I75, Polycom Spectralink 8030.
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :all on the same LAN no internet so I think Net Pat 1
6. Your problem:I am receiving calls to the Cisco 7921 from all stations in the demo
( I.E ) bed stations, Staff Terminals, Pull cords, Ect. Also we have an Ascom I75, and a Polycom Spectralink 8030, sucessfully receiving and making calls. Everything calls the new Cisco 7921, and I have 2 way comms, but I can not call any stations or other phones
Matching Patterns | $request = ^INVITE To = sip:(7.+)@
|
Deploy Paterns:
To=sip:%1@192.168.27.251
The cisco 7921 ext is 7000.
CM8 ip is 192.168.27.251
In Config:
Authorization: Reg & Invite are off
RTP relay is set to on
Client (Cisco 7921) is reg as 7000
sip:7000@192.168.27.202:5060
I have noticed there that on the requester settings it comes up as
192.168.27.125:1949 not :5060 like the other 2 phones.
Can you advise _________________ Best Regards,

set the following in Brekeke SIP Server Configuration/Advanced page
net.sip.loglevel.file=255
net.listener.loglevel.file=255
restart sip server
and make call from cisco 7921 to a registered number at brekeke
check latest sv log for any error and response
sv log is at webapps\proxy\WEB-INF\work\sv\log\2012\08\ |

Vinnie,

Do you mean the CISCO 7921 makes a registration to the Brekeke SIP Server?

You don't have to worry about it.
It can happen if a phone sent REGISTER from non-5060 port.
The issue is.. the CISCO 7921 can not make a call. Is it correct? |

I have done this, but Being the Brekeke is on the Rauland R5 Demo kit, I am having trouble finding the sv log. I have no problem at any of our facilities to find it, just the demo. Any suggestion? Rauland is also looking into it, Thanks. _________________ Best Regards,

In the SIP Server, go to the [Server Status] page.
There is the [work-directory] field.
You can find sv.xxx.log under the following folder.
<work-directory>\webapps\proxy\WEB-INF\work\sv\log\2012\08\ |

I am a Rauland integrator also. I think I know your issue. In their documentation they have the information worded funny.
The deploy pattern should be pointed at the Brekeke not at the PBX or BRC. |
