Correct the Avaya hand set to the Brekeke to the Responder. The call strings are 13 or 15 digits.

I am a Rauland integrator also. I think I know your issue. In their documentation they have the information worded funny.

The deploy pattern should be pointed at the Brekeke not at the PBX or BRC.
