1. Brekeke Product Name and version: 2.4.7.3 Standard
2. Java version: 1.6.0_24
3. OS type and the version: Centos
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Polycom IP335 ---> Brekeke ---> Asterisk
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html : 6
6. Your problem:
I am using Asterisk behind Brekeke and Polycom phones behind NAT. When I issue a SIP notify from Asterisk to reboot a polycom phone for example, Brekeke does not forward the SIP notify.
Is there something I need to change on the Brekeke side to allow SIP notifies to pass? |

Does the NOTIFY sent from Asterisk indicate the Polycom's username?
Does the Polycom phone register in the Brekeke SIP Server?
Can you make a call from Asterisk to the Polycom phone?
(I mean.. can the Asterisk send an INVITE to the Polycom phone?) |

Everything works with the exception of the sip notify's. The notify's work correctly if I bypass brekeke and register the polycom with asterisk directly. |

The phone registers to the asterisk server through brekeke and the. Notify contains the phones username. [/i] |

I forgot to add that Brekeke is doing far end SIP nat traversal for multiple Asterisk servers that are sitting behind Brekeke. Upper registration mode is off, and b2bua mode is also off. |

Do you have any DialPlan rule for NOTIFY?
Is there any SUBSCRIBE messages from Polycom or Asterisk? |
