How often does the problem happen?
The issue is intermittent.
Can you find any error/exception in logs?
In sv.20120510.1.log I found this: (ip addresses obfuscated for secuirty)

Do you know how many concurrent calls at that time?
It's hard to tell without a log. I can't imagine there would be more than a handful of calls, at most 5 but there could also be no active calls a ... |

| I forgot to add that Brekeke is doing far end SIP nat traversal for multiple Asterisk servers that are sitting behind Brekeke. Upper registration mode is off, and b2bua mode is also off. |

| Everything works with the exception of the sip notify's. The notify's work correctly if I bypass brekeke and register the polycom with asterisk directly. |

I am having the same issue on a clean install of 2k3 server. I just installed Java today. Getting Error code 0 as well.

| I am currently using Brekek as our front end SIP server that routes calls to Avaya SIP Enablement Services. The setup works great. I am unsure about IP office though. |
