How long will pbx cut off call when the network is busy?

Hi all, I'm finding the timing that pbx cuts off a call and stops retry when the network is busy. Could someone please provide this spec? Thank you!

there is parameter in dial plan for invite timeout
&net.sip.timeout.inviting = 10000 (ms)
invite timeout 10 sec, when no response from destination in 10 sec, brekeke sip server send 504 response

and at pbx side, in ARS pattern-out there is field
"Response timeout"
if no response at the time set in "response timeout", pbx will send 486
