BYE not forwarded from PBX

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:
Brekeke PBX, Version 3.8.3.4, Pro

2. Java version:
openjdk version "1.8.0_162"

3. OS type and the version:
Linux 4.9.0-4-amd64 x86_64

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

Hi everyone,

we have a problem that the PBX is not forwarding the BYE if the customer hangs up.
If I hang up from our own SIP Phones the BYE is send to the customer and the call is finished.

This is the setup:
SIP Phone <-> Own SIP Servers <-> Brekeke PBX <-> Customer

Everything else is working fine, its just the BYE that ist not forwareded if it comes from the customer.

Is there a know Bug or something I can configure?

Does the same issue happen if you use another SIP phone product instead of your own SIP phone?

The problem was just a configuration problem in the system behin the Brekeke.

There was a wrong IP for the gateway configured.
