5. Your problem:
Hi,
we have problem with one of the partners, who is sending messages with delay 2-3 ms.
We receive ringing message and 2-3 ms later we receive progress message.
The backend switch based on ACULAB API have problem with processing the incoming messages which arrive so fast after each other.

Is there any way to create BSS plug-in, which would create delay between the messages at lease 20ms ? Basically, which would hold the second message for few ms ?

Do you want to add a delay between "180 Ringing" and "183 Session Progress?
