caller and callee cannot hear each other

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: 3.5.2.8, Multi-Tenant

2. Java version:1.7.0_55

3. OS type and the version:2012 v6.2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Polycom phones

5. Your problem: Whenever there is an incoming call, one of the Polycom phones can not hear the person on the the other line, nor can the person on the other line hear them. It is only one of the phones out of 10 that is doing this. The only temporary fix so far has been to double tap the speaker phone button, then both parties can hear each other. Has anyone ever experienced this before and does anyone have any ideas for a resolution?

Are these Polycom phones using the same firmware version?

Let you upgrade the Polycom phone's firmware if it is not the latest version.

Also check the audio codec settings at the phone.
