4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Polycom phones
5. Your problem: Whenever there is an incoming call, one of the Polycom phones can not hear the person on the the other line, nor can the person on the other line hear them. It is only one of the phones out of 10 that is doing this. The only temporary fix so far has been to double tap the speaker phone button, then both parties can hear each other. Has anyone ever experienced this before and does anyone have any ideas for a resolution?
