Dial Plan for remote server and clients in lan

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: Academic version

2. Java version: 6

3. OS type and the version: windows server 2012

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
X-lite client are connected to the routers and router has the dynalic public IP and server is at the cloud

5. Your problem:

I cannot call within lan as my clients are within lan only and server is at cloud.
When i see the registered clients list @ server, it shows all the clients URI is of same ip (which is my public IP of the router)
So what should be done to make it working
I think it is some thing to do with Dial paln

At cloud i have enabled ports such as 5060,20000 -29999 and my router IP in CIDR format.

ANything else i need?

Did you set the [RTP relay]=on in the SIP Server's Configuration-RTP page?

Also, I recommend that you disable Firewall traversal method (such as STUN) at X-Lite.
