242 Destination unreachable (port unreachable) error ICMP

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: SIP Server

3. OS type and the version:Windows 2008 R2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Your problem:
Call gets connected..but after 30 seconds I see this "242 Destination unreachable (port unreachable) error ICMP" in the Wireshark and call gets disconnected.
any thoughts?

It seems a network issue.

What kind of network environment is it? (wifi? dialup??)
Which SIP client product are you using?
Who disconnected the call? (it means.. who sent SIP's BYE packet?)
