Version 3 - 407 Proxy Authentication Required

Brekeke Sip Server Version 3
2. Java version:
Apache Tomcat 7.x + JRE6
3. OS type and the version:
Centos 5.8 (32bit)
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Counterpath Bria Professional 2.4 AND 3CX Softphone

You guys have blessed me soo many times with the needed info. I've run into something I've been busting my head against the wall with @work!

On a Version 3 Brekeke, I have the ITSP sending the call to a v2 from there it lands on a v3, problem is the wireshark shows the v3 is giving:

407 Proxy Authentication Required

I have checked all the tabs that could have the Authentication blocking that call from completing. I did the same steps on v2 and had no issues.

At this point, what do you think I could do to remove such? The INVITE comes in then the v3 just spits out that 407 SIP Response. I've tried all kinds of wild things with no lucky break yet.

Please share your thoughts what I could have missed that's new in v3? I did this same process in v2 and easily removed the block.

is 407 replied by Brekeke server or it is from destination and forwarded by brekeke?
is the authentication on for INVITE set on at brekeke server/configuration/SIP?
is there any dial plan with $auth=on and this rule may apply to the call?
if call between other users, is there the same 407 response?

I will update shortly. Thank you for assistance. (I will provide settings currently by each tab.
