6. Your problem:

Is it possible to use an SRTP (encrypted) audio/video stream with Brekeke SIP server, in particularly when using the RTP relay?
I can't find any reference in the documentation...

Brekeke SIP Server can relay any type of RTP packets.
It means you can use SRTP with Brekeke SIP Server if both UAC/UAS support it.
