1. Brekeke Product Name and version: PBX 2.4.9
Problem:
One of my tenants wants a number they can use to dial-in to check their voicemail. Yes, they get voicemail sent to their email. And yes, they can call their number, hit *, and check their voicemail.
Problem is that the secretary usually picks up ringing lines before they go to voicemail. And they're old-fashioned and don't care for the voicemail in email.
So what they want is a separate phone number they can call, where they can then hit * or whatever + their extension, login to their voicemail, and listen to the voicemails. (from outside the system, of course)
Is this possible? How would you set it up?
Possible to create a "voicemail-only dial-in" numb

is the phone registered at brekeke pbx/ sip server and has a pbx user?
if yes, they can dial 8 from their phone and go to their own voicemail box
if they want to call from pstn line to brekeke pbx to check voicemail
need to set up ARS rule to route call to an auto attendant and then dial 08*ext to a user extension voicemail box
