Video call help please

1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
PBX 2.4.7.3 (SIP bundle) Pro Evaluation
2. Java version:
1.6.0_23
3. OS type and the version:
Windows Server 2008 R2 6.1
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Grandstream GXV3000, MAPD/VPAN SVP 5000

6. Your problem:
The Audio call works fine.

Tried as per wiki link , http://wiki.brekeke.com/wiki/video-call ... rekeke-PBX

The call never complete. The caller thinks the other party answered the call but on callee unit, just showing as "Connecting" then eventually call fails.

Do I need extra dial plan?

Is the callee registered in the server?

If you use Brekeke SIP server instead of Brekeke PBX, does the same issue happen?
