No voice when connecting over wan

Brekeke PBX, Version 2.4.3.9 , Pro
Brekeke SIP Server for Brekeke PBX, Version 2.4.3.9

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version: windows server 2008

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
AudioCodes Median 1000 E1

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : Pattern 3

6. Your problem:
Hi

We have set up our phones with Pattern 3
The problem we are having is that when we connect a phone from outside our LAN the phone we are calling cannot hear us.

It registers with no problem and we can hear the caller with no problem but they cant hear us.

I have tried with different codecs and different phones and softphones

What could be the problem.

is the call showing as "talking" in sip server/active session?
capture packets at brekeke side to check if the remote side sent valid ip address and port for rtp
